Commonly Asked Questions

How long does set-up  & pick-up take? 

  • Parties take approximately 2 hours to set up & clean up. 

Do I need to be home during set-up/pick-up?

  •  We do not expect you to be home, as long as we have permission to enter your property.  

What do I need to have ready before the event? 

  • Indoor parties require furniture moved and floors cleaned before we arrive.  

  • Outdoor parties require the space cleared of any rocks, sticks, or other debris before we arrive. (Yes, even dog poop!) 

  • We reserve the right to forfeit your booking, upon arrival, if we feel our equipment could be compromised or damaged, due to site conditions. 

How much space do the tiny tents & mega need? 

  • Tiny Tent- 3'x6' each

  • Teepee- 6.5'x7'

  • The Mega Tent-  20'x 20'

Can we have food & drink? 

  • ​Of course!  Please use your best discretion with food & drink, but you will forfeit all or part of your deposit for permanent stains or damage. 

Does it need to be dark outside to see the movie? 

  • Yes! It doesn't get dark until about 9pm or 10pm in the summer. Plan your party accordingly OR ask about an indoor movie set-up. (Tip: the garage works great!) 

What is your cancellation/refund policy? 

  • A minimum of seven days' notice is required if the party needs to be rescheduled or cancelled.  Failure to do so will result in a charge of 50% of your party total.

  • If outdoor equipment cannot be set-up due to adverse weather conditions, we will reschedule your booking to the next mutually available date.  

  • ​No refund will be given should adverse weather occur once equipment has been set up.  ​

How much is the deposit? 

  • The deposit is half of your party total and must be paid within 24hrs to reserve your scheduled party.
